Did not work type inspector on iPhone 5s.
Thank you for this app, very didactical. How can we have a French version?
Thanks for giving us the possibility to learn easily fundamentals of tipography :))) perfect app!
;)
The app is nice, but (as the title says) it could use some work. For example, when explaining the vocabulary, like serif, shoulder, ecc, it shows with a pic what it is, but there is no textual explanation whatsoever. A short text, even just a couple of lines would make things much clearer.
Its a superb app for Typography nerds and learners alike. Well worth the few cent!
For typo lovers!
Really neat and informative though.
Its a cool app, but could use more information. Great presentation though.
Add more typefaces to actually make this worth our money.
Very good concept however you should be able to add to your font library thru downloaded font families or free fonts online
The app is beautyfully designed. I only hope that, with time, more fonts will be added to their list.
This App has a well designed user interface and is a very good beginning. To get 5 Stars it needs much more in-depth information. Right now it is rather anemic in that regard.
but with only 16 typefaces, its a rudimentary tool, destined to be used only for a few minutes while taking a first-semester introduction to typography course. I hope it is expanded to become a more useful reference tool with a longer life.
If youre a designer, this app may come handy. The app, however, requires more attention from Apple Staff.
This app seems great for students just starting out in graphic design, or typography. Past the function of a basic learning tool, this app seems useless for any professional situation. The content is severely lacking for me to spend anymore than two minutes with this app. If the library of fonts was much larger, then I could see more usefulness for this app. For anyone looking for typographic knowledge past that of a basic level then I recommend "The Elements of Typographic Style" by Robert Bringhurst.
Not that helpful, no cool examples, and almost no font variety whatsoever. Not as advertised
no Arial?
This app would be a favorite of mine if there were a larger number of fonts available. Right now there are very few choices and obviousones. As is this app is only useful to people who have never looked into typography before. It could however, if more fonts are added, become a super awesome app.
